2. Products All products sold are digital downloads (artwork files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed, unless otherwise required by law.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, unless you have consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in SGD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Intellectual Property All artwork sold is for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any downloaded artwork is strictly prohibited without written permission from LUMINOUS SEAL WORKSHOP.
